An Indiana's Eyewitness News investigation has uncovered a "massive tax loophole" allowing illegal immigrants to get huge refunds. Utilizing what the IRS calls Individual Taxpayer Identification Numbers illegals have created a multi-billion dollar fraudulant ruse according to an interviewed tax consultant.
