How many public employees does it take to steal a basketball hoop?

Delaware Department of Transportation crews escorted by state police tore down basketball hoops in two neighborhoods in Claymont amid protests from residents who say the nets aren't harming anyone. (03/25/11)...This particular mugging happened on a cul-de-sac.


I'm betting that there are a few cracks in Delaware's highways that are currently being ignored.
